Developed a training program that helped the sales team exceed sales goals for the next year.
General Manager, Noah’s Marine, LLC, Portage, WI 2000 – 2006
Collaborated with Legal, Financial and Marine business professionals to build a business plan that successfully procured a $1,000,000 credit line. Lead a team of marine technicians, retail and customer service specialists to build the states 2nd largest Tracker Boat dealership in less than 2 years. Provided an exceptional customer experience.
CTO / General Manager, Palace dot Net, Inc, Portage, WI 1995 – 2000
Coproduced a business plan that provided the start-up capital required for an independent Internet Service Provider business. This business plan won a National Small Business Plan competition by Microsoft for the best business plan. The grand prize was $10,000 in computer and software systems. Operated and expanded this business to be one of the largest ISP operations in the state covering 6 counties with over 400 incoming phone lines and 2,500 dial up subscribers. Managing routers, servers, access points, wireless and land based networks, LAN/WAN design, installation and support.
